FAQ

FAQ - General Product Questions

To our knowledge, diluting the Kyäni products in water does not decrease their effectiveness, with the exception of Nitro FX and Nitro Xtreme, which reacts with the good bacteria in your mouth. Therefore, it is best to take the Nitro products right before eating or drinking.

Kyäni products do not contain nuts. However, Kyäni Sunrise and Kyäni Nitro are processed in a facility that also processes tree nut products.

Kyäni products are caffeine-free, with the exception of Kyäni ON. Kyäni ON uses a standardized Guarana Extract, which contains 100 mg caffeine. We currently offer a caffeine-free option for Kyäni ON, as well. NOTE: Ashwagandha and Ginseng in Kyäni Sunrise contain alkaloids that can have stimulating effects.

All of Kyäni’s products are gluten-free and are not processed on machinery that also processes gluten.

The raw materials included in Kyäni products adhere to strict manufacturing guidelines to ensure they are free from contaminants.

Wild Alaskan Blueberries are tested and certified USDA Organic with GMP (Good Manufacturing Policies). Post-processing tests are also administered to confirm high-quality requirements. A Certificate of Analysis (C of A) is produced to verify potency and purity of the product. This includes tests to verify it is free of contaminants and impurities.

The fish oil is MSC Certified (Marine Stewardship Council) and processed under the FDA’s HACCP (United States Food and Drug Administration’s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Program. Many other tests are performed throughout the process including sensory, color, taste, and temperature as well as testing for vitamins, heavy metals, toxins, etc.

Kyäni products are not designed for animals. Kyäni Nitro FX and Kyäni ON contain xylitol, which can be harmful to dogs. We recommend that you contact your veterinarian with questions.

Kyäni Sunrise, Kyäni Nitro FX and Kyäni Nitro Xtreme do not contain animal byproducts. Kyäni Sunset is an omega-3 product containing Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon and other wild fish. Kyäni Core 140+ and Kyäni FIT20 both contain whey protein derived from grass-fed cow’s milk.

Although many pregnant and nursing women do use Kyäni products, due to individual circumstances, please consult with your healthcare provider.

While the Triangle of Health is an excellent source of essential nutrients, there are specific additional nutrients generally needed when pregnant, like folic acid and iron, that are not included in Kyäni’s Triangle of Health products. However, folate and iron are included in Kyäni’s Core 140+ Meal Replacement; but may not be in the appropriate quantity to support individual needs. Please consult with your healthcare provider to ensure you select products appropriate for you.

Typically children 12 and older may take a full serving of the Triangle of Health products, and children 6-12 may take a half serving of the Triangle of Health products. Although many children do use Kyäni products, due to individual circumstances, please consult with your child’s healthcare provider.

Yes, all ingredients in Kyäni products come from non-GMO sources, but have not been officially ‘certified non-GMO’ by any group or association.

Kyäni has not yet sought official Kosher certifications. This very complex process requires every ingredient, as well as the manufacturer, to be certified Kosher in order for a product to receive Kosher certification. We are doing our best to work with our sources to address the potential for Kosher certification.

Kyäni Triangle of Health, which includes Kyäni Sunrise, Kyäni Sunset, and Kyäni Nitro FX or Nitro Xtreme, are Halal certified. The products NOT currently Halal certified are Kyäni Origin (although we are working on certification with this one), FIT20, HL5, and ON.

The noni fruit in Kyäni Nitro FX and Kyäni Nitro Xtreme is from an organic source. When sustainable, Kyäni uses Wild ingredients for their potency, purity, and proven efficacy. Our key ingredients, such as the Wild Alaskan Blueberry, and Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, are wild-sourced. Wild is considered a step above organic and non-GMO, since it is harvested from its natural environment and cannot be certified organic because it is grown in uncultivated, virgin soil where the minerals and nutrients are still rich and not depleted. We also use grass-fed whey protein in Kyäni Core140+ and Kyäni FIT20.

While not all Kyäni products are “certified” organic at this time, Kyäni, our suppliers, and our manufacturers adhere to stringent Quality Assurance Guidelines. For example, all Kyäni products are produced under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and GMP-certified. In addition, Kyäni has developed strict acceptance requirements for product ingredients, manufacturing procedures, and finished goods. Each batch of Kyäni product is repeatedly tested throughout the manufacturing process to ensure high quality.

“Natural flavors” vary from company to company and may include proprietary flavor profiles unique to them. We proudly use only non-GMO fruit extracts and do not use monosodium glutamate (MSG) in our flavorings.

There is no soy in our nutritional products. All ingredients are listed on the nutritional supplement panel of all of our products.

Kyäni does not sell products that exceed these industry standards.

While iron is an important nutrient, specific needs vary widely by gender, age, and health conditions. Kyäni recommends supplementing according to your specific needs. We recommend you check with your healthcare provider to determine specific needs.

Many drug companies publish a precautionary list of items to avoid while taking specific medications. These lists can usually be found online on the drug company’s website or the prescription’s website. Additionally, due to the individual nature of specific health concerns, we recommend that you contact your healthcare provider before using Kyäni products.

FAQ - Sunrise

Kyäni Sunrise is a proprietary blend of superfoods designed to provide you with the necessary vitamins and minerals needed to achieve optimal health. Many details about specific ingredients are available in the Supplement Facts on each of Kyäni’s products. However, some specific details about the products are not made available to the public in an effort to preserve their proprietary nature. We encourage you to try Kyäni Sunrise for 90 days and see how it works for you. Should you not realize a benefit like so many other customers do, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Kyäni uses wild blueberries that are not farmed or cultivated. Instead, they are harvested from blueberry plants that grow abundantly in the northern wilderness and are harvested by local people.

Kyäni Sunrise goes through a flash pasteurization process to ensure that there are no harmful bacteria in the product, and extend the shelf life of the product. The flash pasteurization process maintains nutritional value, along with taste and color of the superfoods that are in the product.

FAQ - Sunset

It is a micro-filtration process that removes all heavy metals and contaminants that may be present, while maintaining nutritional value.

Yes, it is. We use wild sources from Alaska and they are monitored by NOAA Fisheries for sustainability of marine resources. They work in conjunction with the Alaska Fisheries Science Center to ensure this sustainability.

Heat is not used in the manufacturing of Kyäni Sunset.

FAQ - Nitro

Of the main ingredients listed in the Supplement Facts, the only change is the increase in Noni concentrate, to provide even better support with nitric oxide production. With regard to the “Other Ingredients,” we developed a new flavor profile to make it even better tasting.

Natural flavors are a way to allow companies to maintain proprietary flavor profiles that may differ significantly from company to company. Think of it as a secret recipe. Unfortunately, some companies may also hide undesirable flavors like monosodium glutamate (MSG) in their flavor compilation. Kyäni does NOT do that. We use only non-GMO fruit extracts like pomegranate and cherry.

Kyäni Nitro FX is a proprietary blend of Noni plant that has been shown to increase the production of nitric oxide. Nitro Xtreme is built on the strong foundation of Kyäni Nitro FX™, Kyäni Nitro Xtreme™ contains higher nitrate levels plus CoQ10, Magnesium, Zinc, Chromium, Thiamine, Niacin and fructooligosaccharides. These additional ingredients help increase the production of Nitric Oxide in the body and support healthy digestion and nutrient assimilation.

You may choose to take one or the other. Kyäni Nitro Xtreme™ is more potent, however, as it offers additional ingredients to support nitric oxide production and optimize digestion and nutrient assimilation. You can try each separately and see what works best for you.

You may enjoy drinking coffee before or after taking Kyäni Nitro products. However, please note that the ingredients in Kyäni Nitro FX and Kyäni Nitro Xtreme may increase the effects of caffeine.

Yes. Kyäni Nitro FX and Kyäni Nitro Xtreme are “flash” pasteurized to remove bacteria and pathogens that could be present and maintain a sterile environment during manufacturing.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are fiber-containing oligosaccharides that occur naturally in plants, have zero calories, and serve as a “PREbiotic” to support healthy digestion and nutrient absorption by feeding healthy bacteria (“PRObiotics”). Kyäni utilizes Chicory Root as its source of fructooligosaccharides in Kyäni Nitro Xtreme.
